Timer Failed Need Some Advice ASAP

Sorry i should have posted this here initialy.
Hello i have been veging for about a 7 days now and i noticed my 400w was on earlier than expected. I have been growing from seedling so i was 14hrs light on, then started veg 7 days ago with 400w mh. So it looks like for last 7days i have been running 24hrs aday light. Question if i drop down to 18hrs, it wont go into flowering from 24hrs of light? Also have i just made these males? thanks for reading any advice would help, scared i screwed it all messed up and forced them into males.

You can't change a plants gender by too much light, just switch it and you should be fine, they should still be in veg stage, that wont affect them at all.

If anything, you have helped your plants get more of a yield because there were in veg longer then usual

no but u can change a plants gender but stressing them with different light cycles.im guessing thats what he ment. your plants will be fine just try not to stress them 2 much or u will get hermies.

i ran 24/7 light and got all females from bagseeds and on my first grow i didnt have a timer and was changing light cycles daily and still got a female it hermied late in flower because i stressed the hell out of it with th elight cycle being changed daily because of no timer but still no seeds just a couple bananaas in the bud so nope you dont gotta worry i would keep em at 24/7 in 21 more days u will be ready to floower
