Or is it evidence that we have already traveled through time?

If you travel fast enough through space for long peroid of time( 5 years or so ) and come back to Earth, Earth time will have passed alittle faster than time for the traveler...so he would be younger, but only by like 1/50 th of a second...but that is still time travel.

There is a Russian pilot who has spent so much time in jets at record speeds that he is like 500th of a second younger than the rest of us... I guess that is time travel
I'm not sure, but I think he has spent 840 or so days of his life in air/space
