Time to top?

Here are five plants I'm growing that I'm thinking about topping. I've circled the nodes up to #4 by my count, and the plants are all very healthy and vigorous. I was planning on cutting between the 4th and 5th node.

Thanks! Do you always remove everything below the topped node like your plant on the right?

Chop Chop!

Just to be clear, you're counting the first single leaf as a node? I am about to top above the 3rd, not counting the single leaf. Is that correct?

That sounds correct. I topped between the 4th and 5th, counting every set of leaves except the cotyledons, which would be between the 3rd and 4th if you're not counting the single leaves.
