Time to harvest?

Looking for some advice on my 5th Medical grow.

The location is Southern California beach town, breezy, low humidity on a secluded 2nd floor patio. A bit more heat than I'd like some days.

These teens were dropped into the Earth Box in their "wool" cubes about 2 months ago and we are in about 4th week of flowering.

The trichomes have started to turn brown on top but the buds are still very small. I noticed a few weeks ago the fan leaves started to yellow on the bottom and I have some spots-- as pictured. I am wondering if I need to add some nutrient to the water or if the condition of the plants is normal for this stage.

Some additional details:

The "box" gets water from a resevoir in the bottom-- the plants are consuming about a gallon of water per day
I use Edna's potting soil and add a soil based nutrient powder when I planted them
I spray them once a month with a neem solution to keep the critters at bay

Couple of questions for the expert growers out there:
1. Time to harvest?
2. Some of the wear & tear you see, is that normal?

I'd appreciate any other tips. I posted something like this in another area and got 0 replies. Many thanks!

This strain may have another growth spurt or something in the later stages of flowering. You say you've only flowered for 4 weeks. I dunno, just doesn't seem ready to me even if some of the hairs are brown.

Thanks for the feedback! This is all natural lighting, outdoors on a patio, in Earth Boxes. I put 2 plants in each box and they are about 2 feet high. Other than the soil based nutrients added when they were transplanted into the earth boxes as baby clones, I've only added a bit of Miracle Grow about a week ago but I stopped because some of the leaves are showing signs of burn.

If they are dead yes if they have tops or parts that is dead I would just cut it out or off and leave the healthy parts alone.
Thanks! The really baffling thing for me is how well the plants grow in the earth box and for the last month or so, have been consuming about a gallon of water per day.
