Do you mean removing all the LARFY bits, sucker branches and lower down light starved fan leaves?

Do you have a picture? We can better advise you if we see what you're working with. If you did a really heavy defol, I'd give them a week to recover. If not, it doesn't really matter-you'll probably need to do at least one more defol at 2-3 weeks into 12/12, but it really 100% depends on what your plants look like. I wouldn't say anything for sure without seeing a pic.

you can do lollipop a week before flower, same day as you start flower. or even a week after flower.

Try to get started on that stuff a week (or more) before flip.

It's not just about recovery. Lollipopping is training too. Cutting the lower branches makes the tops grow taller. You want the plant to have some time to grow into that Long Cola with no side branching shape.

If you wait to long you're just cutting larf off without really changing the shape of your plant.
