due to my plants stretching what would be my best option tieing the branches down
or cutting the top of the plants to create an even canopy again. but if i cut to the nx node down
will i get fresh growth. also if i tie branches down will i get new growth come thru. how long
will it take for me to see new growth if it cut to nx node down.

When mine stretch too much, i just bend the top over horizontally and it will heal that way and the top will straighting its self back out and give u the clearance u need under your light.

Ive figured out over time how much each strain will stretch, so i dont usually have that problem anymore, but when it does happen thats how i correct it. I like to top my plants right before i put them in my budding room and that helps from too much stretch.
