yea, i kind of got myself in a jam and i probably won't have much to harvest this month.... in all due time my friend!!!
i will start working on it very soon. I ordered some supplies that i might need. I still want to find a better exhaust fan and i want to look at getting some new containers.
gorilla grape huh??? I was gonna start the lemon qleaners next or was it aeviaanah's SSH cross, ah so many to choose from!!! i just don't want to get in over my head with them. this is why i have been staggering them a bit..... but i think i will start the GG now that you mention it. the grape has intrigued me since i first heard about it. i will start soaking them tonight. I have a big music festival that I am going to in a few hours, but i will start em later tonight when i get home!!!

yes sir, you are correct!!! i haven't mentioned this at all but i took advantage of the GLH clearance sale and bought another 180 LED panel for less than half price!!! It's about to get bigger!!!
this will put me over 500W of LED... about the equivalent of two 400W HPS, maybe even a little more.
Thanks man!!! ya know, it all goes back to an article I read on RM3's forum. with legalization getting closer and closer, it's gonna be tough to find "real" strains that aren't just some pretty commercialized money makers.
but the main reason is, I've been wanting to try this for years. and now i have a great opportunity!!

Fuck the corporate world.....if I have anything to do about it. That's exactly why I want to start breeding now, so I can save the world from capitalists trying to make money off of something I love. It's like a college sport to me. Yeah, you can make a little money (under the table) and get treated very well, but either way it's not my main source of income. I do it because I love it.
Glad to see you bumped it up another notch Lol.....it's crazy, I saw Stoney go from what around 200w equivelant LED's to commercial 800w equivelant LED's over about a 3 month period! Wish I could see this setup in person!

it's actully more drastic than that... I just bought my first GLH in june... so in about two months!!!!! I still have plants growing out that i started with the old setup!!! man, am I crazy or what!!!!

yea, the young ones are doing very well.... some of my flowering girls are not doing so well though. I am going through the motions but nothing seems to be helping... it has to be a K or P issue maybe even a Ca or Mg.... i don't know... I'm stumped at the moment , but i need to figure it out quick because it's now killing all of my plants and the way it's looking, I'm not gonna flower anymore until i find the problem. here is a pic i posted a couple weeks back, this is the earliest stage, two weeks later all the leaves edges turn brown and die.... any idea's? any at all? I have tried flushes, feedings, and most recently Epsom salts.

I would stop doing so much to the plants....marijuana can go quiet some time without nutrients. i doubt this is a deficiecy, looks to be more of a heat stress...you foliar feeding with lights on? lights real close to plants? possibly she got thirsty? i have seen this in both underwatered plants (extreme case) and heat stress.it's actully more drastic than that... the redwood kush comes from mendocino county....thats all we really know about it.
are you using a balanced nutrient with ph in range?

My first reaction was light bleaching, but it gets much worse than this and it's all the leaves. my lights are over 30" away, and i use LED's. I don't foliar feed in flowering at all. and I keep them moist at all times, they don't get dried out at all. about a week or so ago I bought some jacks 20-20-20 nutes and tried that, but it didn't help at all.
I am gonna do like you said.... stop doing so much!! I'm gonna go back to my PH'd water and give them nothing else but water for a week or so and see what happens. It sucks cuz two plants are to far gone to save.... I'm just keeping them in there to help me find the answer of the sickness.

sup stoney, if its just an isolated couple of leafs i wouldn't stress at all bud. and its actually a good idea to let the pots dry out a bit between waterings. more air to the roots n that. have a good one man

sorry 2 hear bout the problems stoneyyy. =/ are u sure ur platns are too far to be saved...? youd be suprised at how things can turn around... trust me! hahaha. my ak-48 was in the trash at 1 point.. i wen t and took her out and gave her a chance.. and well.... u saw wat happened. =)

it starts out with just a couple, then a couple weeks later it spreads to the entire plant. seems to be showing signs right around the three week mark, by six weeks it's almost dead. and it's all genetics to... i will let them dry up a bit over the next couple days then just give them straight water. thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
my temps aren't to bad.... 79-81 at the canopy with the lights on. my cool fresh air comes in under the canopy, so it's even cooler down below. the air above my lights (three foot above the plants) is much warmer... around 90 or so.

what kind of ph meter you using? also take don gins advice and let them dry out, just not to an extreme case. try just the first few inches of top soil....although the plants dont show signs of over watering or nute toxicity. check your temp and humidity meter against another one....i have seen them go waay out of whack before. also a possibility is wind burn....
although i tend to let mine dry out from time to time, i have noticed this can cause stress in some plants. i wouldnt go bone dry but enough to where top soil feels dry to the touch....i do agree with more air to the roots but aerated water should help with that. also sick plants might not deal with dry conditions like a healthy plant can...again, i do agree but maybe not in this case.

I tried two different kinds. one that you put drops in and one that is a test strip type that changes colors, and neither one outdated. i will try to check them with some instant 7.0 ph mix that i have for fish tanks.
and sure, i understood not to let them get air dry, just a little under the normal moist that i water at. I normally go first by weight, if it feels light i check it with my finger.
I just checked my RH meter using the salt method, and it was spot on! right now i am running around 50-65% RH in the flower cab. and i oly have a couple small fans blowing under the canopy. My LED panels have fans built into them but they are out, and up, air movements so the tops don't get anything blowing on them.
and as for the link, It is a great one and i have it saved as a pdf and i checked there first thing weeks ago... i seem to have peoblems that address multiple issues... that is why i thought of some type of lock out and went for the salts.
PLEASE don't give up on me man!!! all your thoughts have been spot on and please don't stop now..... there has to be something i didn't think of!!!!
I am getting some very good photos of all the problems on all the plants in different stages.... give me a few to post them!!

From what I just observed there's a few guesses;
Either that strain is resistant to the problem, in which case I suggest keeping it around for your future breeding project.
Or the unaffected plant was never exposed to the problem, and being the oldest, it could mean that you did something different after she went into the flower chamber. Possibly a problem in your Vegetative setup.
Maybe the unaffected really is affected, and didn't recieve as much time to develop the problem. It's leaves remind me of the stage 2/3 leaves.
In fact I can see lower leaves reacting the same way as others, see them?
Maybe the individual was the healthiest plant you had, and fought off the initial attack.
Or maybe you started doing something different a few weeks ago, like fucking with pH.
Now I know they tell you to keep slightly acidic, but if you look on this chart, every pH has different availabilities of nutrients.

sorry to hear about your plant problems stoney i just lost another plant down to 1 bagseed plant and shes really been through the ringer lol,i call her my auto lollipoping bagweed bagseed grow lol
good thing i got 4 ww and a short rider veggin
i had a sporadic thought and lst 1 of the ww it was 10 inches tall already so i dont know if its too late to get the results i was after heres a pic tell me if you think it will yeild more than if i didnt lst or if i should untie it
also does your new light or any
of your lights have siodes that look burnt out?mike says thats the way its works those r lower uvs but i wanted to know if yours were like that
plus they r both the same 1 was suppose to be 2nd gen 2011 to replace my 1st gen that had moisture and the 2nd was suppose to be 1st gen 2011 off ebay and i heard the new 1s are brighter and have more white they dont brighten up the room more but they sure leave ya blind a couple seconds longer lol anyway was wondering if you had low or burnt out lo
