Thrive Alive b1 Red vs Advanced b-12 which is better?

Both claim to do the same. However which one does the job the best?

I dont really know about the advanced b-12 but I have been using the Thrive Alive Red for the past 2 grows and it has been working perfectly. Sorry I cant be of more help but goodluck!
