Thrips..in week 3 of flowering.

Hi guys, I one Auto 2 going great guns but I have just recently noticed the little squiggly lines of thrip damage. It is in full flower mode and I am in a place where finding specialist spray is impossible. I can find pyrethrum I think and I am wondering if I spray this will this ruin the taste? There is atleast 2-3 weeks left in this auto so would that ruin it? If I do spray should I do this just before the light is turned off? Th buds dont seem to be affected at all and to be honest I cannot find a single insect on my plant let alone a thrip. I have done the shake test and looked at it extensively under a magnify glass....Has anyone got any advice as I am noticing a little more damage.
