I noticed some tiny pin holes in the leaves over the last week so today I found a tiny yellow speck on the under side of the leaf. I put it under the microscope and it was straw yellow clear with a long worm body and six legs and two red eyes tiny tiny, after googling I saw a pic of a thrip on here and it's def it!!! So I'm my 2nd week of flowering what should I buy that's safe and how do I apply it while using 1200 watts of H.I.D lighting? Thanks everyone in advance.

I'm using a 3 in 1 insecticde soap spray it seems to work well and I don't see no more thrips after spraying.

Another thing recommended is spinosad believe it. Thanks meta

Spinosad. Spray everything really well, then again 5 days later. No more thrips. It's safe and won't hurt you or your plants, either. Does not kill on contact, hence the spraying again 5 days later.

I lost an entire pan of almost finished Pre 98 flowers to this last year. Get some Safer Insecticidal Soap and some Spinosad. I mix them together and then mist the plants. The Spinosad will knock them down FAST. But keep spraying with insecticidal soap up to about 2 weeks prior to harvest. I don't use Spinosad in flower anymore but when I first found it I did. But I stopped 4 weeks prior to harvest. The pot I am smoking now is that and it's fine!

So Spinosad and mix it up with insecticidal soap.

I apply at lights out so I don't get burns on my leaves from it. By the day they are fine and it raises the humidity a little (I run under 20% humidity at all times!). So if you have low enough humidity spray at lights out. If you have high humidity spray an hour prior to lights on. If you need to spray turn your lights out spray and then an hour or so later turn them back on. In real life clouds cover plants for a day sometimes two no biggie. Just don't spray them under the lights! LOL I pull mine off and spray them and put them back in the pan.

Metasynth! Sorry it wouldn't let me rep you again :) LOL but yeah precisely what I'm saying but better shorter LOL
