Thrichomes Are Cloudy- Do I Harvest?

HELLO
THIS IS MY FIRST GROW. I AM CONFUSSED ABOUT WHEN TO HARVEST. I READ TO HARVEST WHEN THE THRICHOMES ARE AMBER, I THOUGHT THEY TURN AMBER AFTER BEING CLOUDY. ANOTHER ARTICLE SAYS THAT WHEN THE THRICHOMES ARE CLOUDY THAT THE THC LEVELS ARE DROPPING.
NEED YOUR ADVICE.

I have always picked before they turn amber and have had good good luck so far

pick when about 50 precent are cloudy. amber is too ripe, clear is not ripe enough

clear, than cloudy, then amber

clear=immature,, cloudy=uplifting speedy buzz,, amber=stoned buzz! so if you want a high speedy buzz then you can harvest now but if you want a couch lock stoney buzz then wait till trichs are about 70% amber.
