Three weeks to harvest and no/few significant buds visible :(

The white hairs should have pretty much changed to amber and the calyx will swell making it look as if those amber hairs are receeding back into the calyx.

That's when you are within the harvest window.

By using a 60-100X microscope you can view the trichomes.

The trichomes change from
mushroom capped clear - very little THC.
Mushroom capped cloudy - highest THC content
Mushroom capped amber - degrading THC converting into CBN.

Alot of folks wait until the first sign of amber trichomes to chop.

Personally I wait until there is a few ambers as I like feeling comatosed.

Are your lights on at night or during the day. Switching your cycle to lights on at night can drop your temps 10 degrees without any more effort than changing your timer setting.

Alright, the first one started to show surprisingly brown hairs and I had to cut her down before she went bad. Scale showed one ounce wet. Should total between 5 and 8 grams dried before curing. Not too bad if you ask me but it could be plenty better. On yes, I timed the lights to be on at night but our electricity isn't cheaper at night. Not one of those neighbourhoods.
