three headed sprout

What causes a seed to sprout 3 branches. like this pic.

maybe i broke a small part off the top by accident and dident realize it it looks like it was topped verry small too me and has a cola on the side dunno tho

it just sprouted like that it took about 3 weeks for it to germinate and the first leaves grew inside out. I dunno know either its a trip
