Three 25 watters for vegging and 6 25 watters for flowering?

Can I grow ONE plant if I use 3 25 watters for vegging and 6 25 watters for flowering?

Depends on how many lumens the bulbs are, not how many watts they are

I wouldn't even bother unless it was at least 6- 42 watt CFL's , and that would give you a total of 16,200 Lumens at 2,700 Lumens a piece using 252 watts total, and you could probaby get away with no more than 3 plants altogether, keeping the plants in a tight pyramid formation, start 12/12 cycle no later than 10 days after they sprout so they stay short, and preferably in a ventilated cabinet that has mylar or flat white paint all over the inside , I recommend a book called ( Buds for Less: Grow 8 Oz. of Bud for Less Than $100) , great book for CFL growers, but the tiny 25 watters your talking about will leave you highly disappointed.
