Thoughts on Cal-Mag and Iron

My grow medium is Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. I watched a clip on YouTube where the grower used cal-mag and iron during flower. Attached is picture of the brand. Any thoughts on using cal-mag and iron during flower when the NPK is 2-0-0?
