it was the OPINE the dog kennel was not legal. this is in the SC now to decide if it was or not.

Your and Bill Schuettes Opinions are as much law as my asshole is when im shitting out taco bell. Same with the CoA. the ONLY Time the CoA ruling is ratified as Law, is when the SC refuses to hear a case, or hears it and upholds the CoA ruling. otherwise, like most of your posts, they are just full of shit opinions.

My IQ level is irrelevant, its only an issue with you, because It was higher than yours. I qualified for Mensa if you must know, at 13. I refused to become indoctrined to the status quo of sheeple. You see my poor fool, I have a mind i use, not one i allow the government to abuse, like you do.
And that is exactly what cops do..arrest people that appear to be breaking the law...plus you have to admit that a dog kennel that is not anchored to the ground and has no roof, IS an insecure facility...as worded in the law as WE passed it.

The dog kennel makes the arrest valid. No police targeting of this guy..he broke a rule of the med law..and forfeited his section 4 rights...do you not agree?

That makes the arrest valid...and mr king is not being treated unjustly.

Should the cops have walked away here too? I mean this guy was only helping dispensaries...

Please Timmahh...explain when a cannabis arrest would be justifiable under the med law?

I just don't really care about the higher IQ nuber you posted after mine..but you may have lost some points since you were 13 by the way you think now..

G bob. you think?
Welcome to the SELF EDUCATOIN WORLD. You wont learn this from your Nanny govenrment.

I have to disagree Olias. If he was brewing his own alcohol, and was drunk 24/7, you know as well as I, this would be a non issue.

Now, I agree. as a parent your choice is to teach your children to be good human. how to deal with other humans. how to be responsible, and self sufficient, and have integrity.

Their is Non of that when your choices are made for you. Fact is, as we all know, cannabis is harmless. you cant eat it and die, you cant touch it and it cant go off putting a bullet in your head. you cant look at it and go insane.

Would i choose cannabis over my daughter? absolutely not, but that doesnt change the fact I should never have to be put into that position.

what if we were not here over cannabis. what if it was Tomatoes. SO everywhere you see Marihuana(j) or cannabis, replace the word with tomotoe. Hell replace it with the word Oxycotin or even Viagra? how much sence does it make than?

we re not talking about personal wmds. its cannabis for gods sake.
He is not growing tomatos, nor brewing beer. He is growing cannabis. As I stated before like it or not cannabis has a social stigma attached to it. Again, I feel he should not be forced to make the choice. But, since he has been forced the choice is obvious to anyone who has and loves their children. BTW if he was brewing alcohol and was drunk 24/7 CPS would have already taken the children.

By your statement you show that if you were in his shoes, you would choose cannabis over your daughter, just for the sake of righteous indignation. Personally whatever choice I was forced to make my child would absolutely come first.

And you would be mistaken, I would however fight the issue as far as I could in hopes of righting a major wrong, not just for myself, but for my daughter. If push come to shove, and there was no repreave, my daughter wins every day. but I care about the world SHE has to survive in. If I can do anything so her and her children have less tyranny that we have now, that would be the Most responsible thing i could do for her life and future.

I understand Olias. i was referring to how outrageous these bill are. if one were to use Viagra in place of cannabis, it would clearly show the lackluster use of legislative prowess.
We all know SOME people have that stigma, and this is now under 50% of the population. the tide IS changing, and now really is the time to shine the spotlight on that stigma which is so falsely deserved.

Put the spot light on it so brightly, that it can not be ignored any longer.

  • .plus you have to admit that a dog kennel that is not anchored to the ground and has no roof, IS an insecure facility...

When that dog kennel is locked, on private property, is fully enclosed by a fence, wrapped so it could not be seen except for over the top, with a fence that is attached to the house at both ends, has locked gates and doors from the drive/garage/house to the back yard, making it at a minimum, illegal entry for anyone to go into the back yard. Yes, i say that was secure as outlined in the MMM Act.

I do agree, it perhaps could of been fixed to the ground better, but the back yard was private property, where a fence had to be climbed, creating illegal entry, thus the act of a crime, to get access to the LEGAL GROW Area.

A criminal will be a criminal will be a crinimal. A fenced in back yard, or a Safe within a building and a timed combination will not stop a criminal from committing a crime. Why should Mr king be made a criminal because it would of taken a criminal to access his dog kennel in the first place?

With that logic....I can do whatever I want...1000 plants in my basement..after all....a criminal would have to break in to report me..and gee...I can't be made a criminal by the act of a criminal...

Now your starting to get it bob. That is called MEDICAL PRIVACY. that is how that works.

But for you, we know Staying legal would be so hard for you. I bet if we Michiganders legalized heroin, you would be a dead junky with in a week. We can only hope anyways.

but heres the issue bob. You seemingly have ZERO Integrity, Moral Conviction, or generally any good human qualities. your spent merchandise, maybe you need to get in line for the EOL care panels initiated by Obamacare. they ll make it painless for you, and save me alot of tax dollars. How nice of them.

You see Bob. you are obviously just a criminal, that has to have laws to keep you in moral compliance with the community at large, where I am a human, using my Moral Conviction to keep me a law abiding citizen.

You see Bob. you are obviously not a criminal, but those of us that are criminals would really like to abuse this law.
