I'm going to be running a few autos in my guerrilla grow too. Right now the plan is Think Different, Auto Pounder with Cheese, Seedsman White Widow, TH Seeds MK-Ultra, and Mephisto's Fantasmo Express and Sour Orange Diesel Kush. This will be my first time to grow these auto strains. Last year Mephisto's Sour. Bubblin Crack did very well outdoors for me.

Dutch Passion just released Think Big at the beginning of the month/year. Maybe that might be one to take a peek into for an outdoor season? Dutch Passion says 13-14 weeks, start to finish. That falls a bit out of my growing range; typical season is 90 days.

At least with autos you could start them indoors, even take them to flower, and bring them outside on the first warm day. Don't have to worry for that natural "flip" to happen lol.

Definitely a strain to consider, I think.

Yeah, no problemo. With a system like that I'm sure you will get some giants out there. Where are you at in the world? I sure wish I could throw out some ladies in mid April lol. I'm lucky if I get to put stabilizer in my snowblower to put her away for the season by mid April lol.

I hear that! Last summer here was nothing but a rainy, miserable, mess. My outdoors did absolutely nothing except become too weak to live then the ones that did started rotting away before harvest.

I'm live in a place with a very tumultuous climate. For instance, this winter it was in the forties and there was no snow until after Christmas. Last winter was anywhere from 20f to -20f and snow at least twice a week from the end of November to the end of April. We go through a good thaw, come April, but the late winter storms are notorious here and have wiped out whole crops of blueberries and other fruits so I like to play it safe with my ganja :bigjoint:.

I'll veg into late may, until I feel confident that I won't have to run out into the woods with paper bags due to an early June frost. Those are definitely not unheard of here.

I'm currently considering a guerilla auto grow myself and was thinking along the same lines, living as I am in a similar climate as you it seems ;) I was wondering how to stealth-hike them into the woods if I veg them out at home (funny but very dangerous pics forming in my mind on that! haha) -- do you - or @eugene b - have practical experience with that?
Cheers!

Well, this is what I have done:
Start them in soil or in rooting cubes. Depending on how far you are going to take them depends on how you have to sneak then out. If they are only 8 or so inches tall you could put them in a plastic tote, like one that you store old clothes in. Put your plants in the tote, make sure they can't fall and dump all over, and start walking out there 10-15 minutes before sunset. If you are lucky, you should get caught out in the woods in the dark. That is ok. You are ready for this. Turn on your headlamp (because your hands are occupied with the tote) and go to your site. All you do then is plant them and walk out.

No one will be walking around in the woods at night, unless they are doing the same thing as you. This method works very well for bringing your plants in and the fruits out once you cut them down. When you bring them there just put the tote in your trunk and don't drive like a dipshit and you should be fine. Coming back? Well, you should probably really drive careful then :fire:

If you have the freedom to vedge at home with no intrusion I would defe go with autos early in the season that way you can do 2to3 runs...vedge for about three to four weeks at home hopefully by that time they are starting to flower ...pick your spot outside min of six hrs direct sunlight recommended or you get reduced yeald prostheticninja was spot on in his advice on how to plant out leave it late in the day...I vedged mine last year in smallish pots place them on carrier bags and bin liners depending on the size of the plant and properly planted most of them direct into the ground with my own soil placed slug killink pellet on the ground and used wire mesh too on the ground too, this stops rodents digging around the root system..I went once a week with water and nutrients. If you are planting normal feminised plants too the need to go in after vedging at home around mid July and they should finish mid sept to begging Oct here in the UK that is the case...here are a few pics from my grow last year...check out. The 13 food dinafem critical plus...awesome outside strain...hope this helps and happy growing...2015-08-29 10.36.08.jpg 2015-07-06 20.06.37.jpg 2015-08-01 11.26.20.jpg 2015-08-01 11.25.21.jpg 2015-06-21 19.10.56.jpg 2015-08-01 17.03.29.jpg 2015-08-29 10.40.16.jpg 2015-08-29 10.36.08.jpg 2015-07-06 20.06.37.jpg 2015-08-01 11.26.20.jpg 2015-08-01 11.25.21.jpg 2015-06-21 19.10.56.jpg 2015-08-01 17.03.29.jpg 2015-08-29 10.40.16.jpg
