This plant going to make it?

Well I narrowed it down to heat stress, because my Ph of soil is a 6.9, I am using Fox farms soil, these plants are a little bit over two weeks old, all my plants are doing fine except her, I believe bc he is directly in light, so I moved him to side, and also turned my fan on high instead of low. I made a mistake of closing my tent fully and not leaving a little crack so the temperature rose to 86* F. Also idk why but her root is so damn long and to the side idk how to fix, I fixed the other one but I cant seem to fix hers.

So questions, is best way to make him recover, and or how to fix stem

Plant that stem in the dirt. With the soil you're running you should just be able to water and be ok for a month.

Level the whole pot with soil, don't just make a little pile as it will most likely wash away when you water. Go ahead and bury the stem all the way just below the first two leaves. As for the problem it's too hot for the plant, make sure and have 20% run off when watering and don't get over zealous with it.

Light is to close. you have light burn/heat stress on the old growth.
Don't get liquids on the plant under lighting! That can burn plants too. Water AWAY from the plant around the edge of the pot. This will help the roots grow out to the moisture and increase distribution through out the soil in the pot faster.
