My back freaking killing me man..

It's really been acting up on me the past week or so. But its not my actual spine that's hurting.. its around my left shoulder blade. The pain hits me on the inner part of my left shoulder blade.. it really really starts hurting if I sit too long. Not only does it hurt.. but its annoying! Dannng


anyhow.. anyone have a remedy for this? Maybe take a hot shower.. let the water hit my back, especially around the left shoulder blade.. I suppose that would help eh?

anyone have any other ideas?
