Ok so i have about 4-5 cuttings (flowering) sitting in water for about 3 days and no roots yet,so about 4 hours ago i poured a small amount of orange crush soda in their water and fell asleep, when i woke up one of those cuttings had roots :o 4 long roots.

Well done! You might have just stumbled over something there!! What made u put orange crush in it? It's prob something to do with the vitamin C in it, but I dnt know.

How have the other four responded? What made you think to pour Crush on them? Maybe the carbonated water stimulated growth??

I actually had no plans on keeping the cuttings since i didn't have space for em so i just stuck em in water to see how long it would take to root, well anyway i got high and thought "what if my weed tasted like this soda im drinking" lol i was on some good shit lol,but anyway i just poured the rest of the soda that was left(about 2tablespoons) in the cup with the water and got up a few hours later to a rooted plant and another just started to root too even though all the cuttings are flowering.

Wow!! Must be the carbinated water... What else would to that? I feel an experiment coming on.

Just started a new experiment to see if i can top a small unrooted flowering clone killing the bud and trying to skip a reveg period and also to see if this is also a factor is rooting flowering clones faster.Currently 1 day into the experiment and i see new growth coming out of the stem and top of the clones,if the clones continue to grow and don't produce calyx then i will be successful and if not then i scrap the idea of it being possible. There is a down fall to the method though, the clone will not be able to Grow vertically.

Okay here are pics of one of the clones i'm trying skip reveg/rooting period. 2 days later after cutting the top/bud it started roots/bumps,but the new growth is tiny and will take a while to really grow.
