Wanting to replace one of my CFL setups with a 250watt MH for vegging. Found this on ebay. Looks like a good deal. Any opinions?

Ive heard some bad things about the cheep chinese digi ballasts comin off e-bay. Go to htg supply. Their digi is pretty cheep and good.
