thanks. i didnt know that ph was that important. but ill definatley have to pick up a ph kit. i had one for a fish tank, but i sold it with the tank.

if you live in a large city like I do then you only need cheek it once it will stay the same and most large citys have water your plants love. Just fill milk jugs and let set open for one day.
If you check your city water and it need a correction it will need the same correction every time.
what i said is for soil. hydro gardeners may want to watch the ph closer.

well i live in a small town, but i always let my water sit for at least 24 hours before i use it. somtimes 2-3 days. until i can get a ph test (there is only a small convenience store here and a lqiour store lol) i willjust flush my plants. well actually i dont think its ph, because my plants are 3 months old now. and this is the first time ive had this. is there anything else that could be causing it? maybe blocking up of some nutes in the soil?

Whatit looks to me like, you reached in to water or something. Then some how you arm ripped a leaf. then a few days later after it's been trying to heal then you saw the rip, but as it's been a few days of growth the plant looks odd at the rip.
thats what i see, i could be wrong. just watch the rest of the plant if you see no more new damage then no problems. If new damage shows elsewere then you have a problem.

could it be burned maybe? my door of cardboard that hangs in the closet has tin foil on it. i was warned about this but though, nah it will be fine. maybe ive burned it?

i have the same thing happen and i keep thinking it looks like bugs but i never see any on my plants or anywhere at all since its winter. i think its underwatering or heat stress but im not sure, or (i just thought of a new theory) when u foliar feed if the water doesnt drip off and it gets burned by the lights

I agree with Max 100%. Thats all it is nothing to big to worry about, especially if she's already that well matured..
Reason #1: Not Bugs because of single-localized-mid-height-location
Reason #2: Not Nute Burn because the rest of the plant is flourishing and fan leaves are a deep pure green.
Reason #3: If you look at the picture you posted, go directly above the node with the problematic leaf and you will see almost the exact identical mutation but flipped.
*Hope #3 was understandable.

Lovely plant in great condition, I wouldnt worry about a small tear like that 
I might expect a large bugbite like that outdoors but indoors you're not seeing anything that big I hope! Its just a tear, relax and enjoy the grow.
The soil/PH debate has been raging for many years.......... BUt alwasy best to check and adjust if you need to. Just one less thing to worry about and it takes seconds even with a cheap manual test kit and a bottle of PH down. I find them pretty accurate for soil grows.

get some ceader and soak soak a chunk in a spray bottle over night, then lightly mist ur soil. then watch the black bugs crawl up the stalk. same size as a fungus gnat but I think the bug I have that is doing that same thing is a aphid of sorts. or leaf hopper. they come with certain brands of soil.

alright thanks, kinda pisses me off that i flushed them for 3 or 4 days needlessly , but i guess any nute lock up in the soil will be taken care of now tho.
