This is low humidity damage, right?

Visually bloated from overwatering.
I see lots of small white specs of leaves, be sure to keep an eye out for pests.

Leaf issues look like PH to me.
For example...Too low and less effective uptake of Ca Mg Phos.

I always aim for 6.5, sometimes lower, but never higher than 6.6. I'll try to not lower it as much next time.

Over watered
Now they are over watered as guys said above thats why they are droppy, but the damage is from underwatering...
Yeh over watered and maybe slight ph issue , maybe pot them up aswell ,
What's the roots like

This is my third grow. I think I'm learning, but I do tend to water too early. They were transplanted into these pots 12 days ago. On transplant day they got a lot of water. I watered again 5 days later. That was too soon. When I watered them yesterday it had been 6 days. That may have been too soon, but the pots were finally feeling light. I'll wait until the pots tell me they're ready before I water again.

I'm not sure what the roots are like. How do I tell? I can see roots in a couple of the drainage holes.

An experienced friend came by yesterday. We pulled most of the big stuff and opened up the lower growth. I'm trying the Epsom salt foliar spray @ 6.7 now.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll get the hang of this
