I found that it is not as hard as I thought it would be to meet with your State Senator or State Congressman one on one or at least face to face.
You simply click on the links below (one is for your state congressman and the other is for you state senator) and fill in your address and it will automatically send you to their website. Once there email or call and ask if the Congressman meets with constitutes, if so when and where and can I please make an appointment.

I realize that I'm lucky that my senator is head of Health Policy. But, if you do not reach out in a meaningful way to your senator/congressman it will all be for not. And all of our information will be publicly available and that is unacceptable to me.
