I currently identify as Canadian and probably visit dispensaries more frequently than most; plus, everyone should hear my opinion (your day literally got better upon reading this).

Prices continue to drop here in so cal. With the various daily deals, there's almost no reason to pay full price for anything - unless your schedule keeps you from dropping by at certain times.
Very interesting watching a new industry work out the various kinks. I would love to know how much products is 'disposed' of due to being out of date.

Again comparing US to Canadian laws like its some interchangeable thing. Weed in Canada was more legal than it was illegal, before legalization I don't know anyone who got a DUI, a suspension or ticketedfor car smelling like weed or even having a lit joint when getting pulled over. Now its another cash cow.

You're in BC. I think they were the first to decriminalize it. I took a couple weed vacations there when I was in Seattle. Smuggled back some Blueberry X Northern Lights. Shit I should see if I can find it. I might still have it.

I walked in a secret room and weed was everywhere. All over the floor and I was in awe. We smoked some straight Blueberry while I picked out my seeds. The people in BC were cool.

"I totally agree, here's something I wrote about the experience:

"In 1999, I take a cruise to Alaska via Vancouver. I had heard about a place called the Blunt Brothers from the BCGA forum, so I made plans to visit. I walked into the store, lurked around for a while then went up to the counter and asked if he'd seen Vic High around. He gave me a WTF look but someone else asked how I knew Vic. I told them via the BCGA site and I was hoping he could hook me up with some BC bud I'd heard so much about. The guy gave me a real skeptical look, so I said, "Look, I didn't want to be the first dumbass American to get caught smuggling buds _into_ BC, so I didn't bring any of my own." He started laughing and told me where to go. A couple of streets down, I go into a basement area of a building, ask "What do you have for sale?" and the guy uncovers a display area with different kinds of buds and hash. Holy fucking moly! I'll take some Skunk, a couple of grams of hash and what was my second choice from Jock, Northern Lights. After we get onboard, my wife and I completely agree, the Skunk smells better but the Northern Lights _is_ better. In fact, it’s even better than the hash."

Ya that part of this whole new way has me so pissed off. I laugh at the madd commercials showing some idiot ordering food and driving high.
They just can't get enough comparing weed to booze.
Well I guess if you get that buzzed maybe they have a point.
Us super tolerant guys can drive thru any smoke experience.

Not to mention if you test my blood it'll say I'm high even if I haven't smoked lately. My fat cells are storing my emergency thc reserves.

The bitch of it is that they aren't testing for THC but the metabolites with urine testing. I think the blood tests they can use test for actual THC in the bloodstream tho. I'd fail too if they did either even tho I don't touch any pot during the day but take a dose of RSO, CBD gummy and a few tokes in my pipe every evening. It's all kicking in right now at 2:30 am so I'll be in bed by 5 and up by 11 or 12. I'm still wonky when I get up but nothing a couple cups of coffee can't fix. :)

if you have to take a urine test, take the sample midstream, since the first part is extra potent. Tricks I learned from rehab, :bigjoint:

That's a given but won't reduce the thc in your system. Kind of like giving coffee to a drunk. You just end up with a wide awake drunk. :D

It can take a month or longer for a regular smoker to test negative so even longer for chronic or medical users. When I worked on rigs the guys there did meth or crack as it clears your system in a day or two. I was the water hauler so toked all I wanted to as I was working as a contractor and unless I fucked up majorly no one was testing me. Never did get tested in 12 years working up here in the oil patch.

Never did the rehab myself tho it might have helped with the booze. Finally gave that up a year ago last May after microdosing with 'shrooms for depression. No more depression and no more hangovers either. Nice way to live. :)

Yep. That's what really sucks. I can fail for 2 months for weed. But tweekers and shit test clean after a day or two. Bullshit, :wall:
