this dude told me u cant make a female hermie if theres no males around

i just got done arguing with a friend of mine. he claims that if theres only female clones around that a female cloned plant cant turn into a hermie and have male parts. he also argues that a male could hermie and have female parts. dude also says that hi-grade is grown outside in bulk by cloning. dude clearly has no real knowledge on growing

just say ok and that YOU(as in you) personally dont know what YOUR talking about. Hell get jealous of your knowledge..and then...

well, im not sure how he said it or what he actually meant, but technically you can have a male plant hermie and start shooting out pistils, its not something you can make happen though, its more of a random genetic thing. alot of high grade bud is from people who take clones and start them inside and then put them outside in the spring so they get monster plants by harvest time, you cant beat good old sunlight.....uv rays from the sun makes em higher in thc content as well......

I grew a single female from seed for my first grow and it hermied, not sure about clones though

but then he goes on saying that pollination causes hermies. im like wtf
