im loving all the clear fans ,remeber the light leek from your ducting , or sufficiant bending to aviod it will reduce the flow - unless that was the plan if u wernt venting outside , maybe vent sum just to the lower of ur cab/booth and see if u can coax sum of the duct fed from ur tube . . . or not , just an idea , where did u find that fan anyway man?

Iunno.. I just cant see that lil wimpy ass fan cooling a 600W HPS...

I have an 8" one like that. It's basically a passive intake right now.. it's such a weak fan. Thought it was a good deal for $30 or $35 haha.

So 250 cubic feet of air per minute won't cool a 600 w bulb, WTF?????

I asked some experienced people and I was told I wouldnt be satisfied because I too need a fan to cool a 600w.

I have a fan just like that for my 400w and it cools it not problem

I have one on a 1000w HPS and It barely works, but I am not satisified I wouldn;t recommend But will do in a pinch

my cod4 clanmate asked me about that fan and I told him i'd ask you guys.
