if it is im just going to tweez it off as it's the only one

could be a empty seed pocket forming but seems early for that

Ok well i see that "thing" but it just looks like a "thing", i would atleast suggest a focused picture because if i cant see a circle from an oval then i cant give no advice except for wait it out a bit and if it still looks like a bald sack then tweez it

No sex, male or female is showing. If it's feminised hermies more likely show up in the flower stage. If it's not feminised then it could possibly be male. For now you're good.
