The Russians have been attacking us nonstop since at least 2014. This is not in question, why are you denying that this is taking place, or that just because they may not have actively changed votes it shouldn't matter? Are you ok with them attacking our citizens? Do you even understand the attack that is taking place on us? Are you an American citizen?

Here is a typical republican, these days, reform comes after Trump and the GOP are gone, not before.
