Third Grow-clf-Auto

Hi Everyone

I'm two weeks 'ish' into my third grow, it's all going well so far she's about 1.5 inch to 2 inch across with the third set of leaves on its way through so I thought I'd get a thread going for it I'm growing an AUTO called RUSSIAN ROCKET FUEL heres my set up:

 Syringe (10ml)
Spray Bottle (500ml)
Fan (9")

The soil is good to water for the first two weeks then third week I'll start the Grow nutes at 2.5ml/500ml (nutes/water) then in 4 weeks change to bloom nutes at 2.5ml/500ml leaving two weeks of just water at the end before flushing etc but we'll get to that in a few weeks :mrgreen:

I've grown Russian Rocket fuel before its real strong heavy long lasting high good taste and smell Its in the diesel family NY Diesel, Ruderalis cross i think good for growing in colder countries as it doesnt mind the cold to much :mrgreen:

quick question seeing as youve done it before, do you prune your lower branches on your auto or let it grow?

Ive got 4 on the go at the moment, just went proper pycho at ones fan leaves, so we shall see as a wee experiment. The other 3 are natural atm, who knows might even lolly pop one see what happens lol doubt it though ;P

Your baby reminds me of my auto blue mystic at that age. The leaves look exactly the same. I was looking at russian rocket fuel, interested to see how this goes. Nice set up my friend. I wish I could just do a dresser grow like that, but i need an old dresser and tools lol. Also interested in stonedguru's experiment. I'll be checking on that. Mellow, how do you feel about half-harvests. Like harvesting the top buds and leaving the bottoms ones to mature. i know it's good for photo's but I wonder for auto's since they're more sensitive.

cool man I'm sure the blue mystic was the first grow of yours that I checked out (If so I agree) I had to find somewhere to grow because my girlfriend wanted the cupboard back for her clothes so I made a space in that dresser :mrgreen: I dont think half-harvest would work with autos because they grow in a timescale so its ready all at the same time, so I dont think there be time to half crop it thats my opinion anyway :mrgreen:

I agree, auto flowers are genetically pre determined to flower at a specific time irregardless of conditions so it wouldn't work, Imagine, a plant that grew ti 6 foot and you just pluck the buds off like apples and it just kept growing them back..I know thats not what you meant but mmmmm I can dream =)

Actually that would be amazing, just keep harvesting lol. I know they're on a time limit, but I was thinking I might be able to get away with harvesting half. I don't mean keep it living for much longer, maybe just a day or 2. i think the lower buds could swell more in that time. Of course you won't be able to re-veg, but I think the buds still mature at different rates for autos. I dunno, might try it just in case. My little experiment. Mellow, sucks about your girl's clothes lol. But I bet she's worth it.

That actually is an amazing idea, gice the bottoms ones the energy that would of been wasted increasing the CBD on the top buds, hmmmmm

haha am i just blowing your mind today? But yeah that's the idea. I wasn't talking about re-vegging. The problem will be the leaves dying. They're going pretty fast right now.

haha well I like spreading the little knowledge I've gained. I keep seeing people ask the same questions (not you) and it's just like dude, you're starting too big, get the basics down. Some things you have to learn on your own. Listen to your plants. I don't pay attention to days when watering, or even harvesting. The plant will tell you everything you need to know. Sorry for jacking your thread mellow lol, don't mean to keep going on and on. I think it's time for me to pack the first of many bowls today lol. Keep it blazin peoples, check you guys later.

Lol don't worry about it man and yes I suppose 2 to 5 days extra could be beneficial its worth ago, and I know what you mean with people asking questions they don't need to be asking, the one that anoys me the most is people asking 'How much do you think I'll get off my plant' lol. All I do is watch my plant and wait until shes tells me wants wrong you just have to get to know your plant, I suppose it takes a couple of grows before you can just read the plants signals & signs. It's all about the learning and experience.

Anyway....Back to my grow...haha

She growing up quick and strong her fourth set of leaves are through and the first few side leaves are coming through aswell, she's a nice side I'll have a few new pic on tue when she'll be two weeks old :mrgreen:

Glad to hear it dude! your absolutely right that is the worst question, oh hang on ill just grab mystic meg and get her to tell me. Best answer would be nothing, its going to die and your remaining buds will get mould lol. Looking forwanrd to the new pics, keep it up man!

hahahaha mystic meg. Looking forward to the pics mellow. She should be hittin a growth spurt soon if she hasn't already huh?
