Thinking bout this for my setup

So ive been doing some searching and thinking bout using this for my setup.

For the box

So i guess a few questions i have are

1: will that bulb be efficient enough for that room size or will i need more lights?

2: Since the room is air impermeable will i need to worry bout the smell getting out and having to use a carbon filter?

3: I know i need to cool the bulb with some duct and inline fan. But i would like to try using Co2. Should i worry bout other intake/exhaust or will that screw up the Co2 by exhausting it out of the room?

I know i left a lot of stuff out needed to grow, but i am still bout 2 months away from starting anything and just trying to get some info to be prepared when i start. Also i know some of this stuff my not be able to be answered until i start due to things like heat, humidity, and such playing a factor in it all. But i am just looking for some opinions if answers are not available.
