Thinking about the switch have vert questions for experienced

I've been thinking about switching to vertical growing but is it really worth it? What kind of yield can be had from a 1k vertical scrog with 4 plants? I have a limit so 4 plants is all I can use for my cycle. Under the same conditions growing srog under 1k horizontal lighting 4 plants some people can yield 2+ lbs. Also, what is the optimal height for 2 1ks stacked? Can a 2k vert grow out yield a 2k flat grow using only 4 plants? If so what style of vertical growing?

Also, how wide and tall of a space can a 1k light handle?

I've run both of these scenarios. Read my thread, that should help you get started.

A 1k can cover 5x5 easily so I would say if you did it right you could have a 10' tall screen. Vertical is almost always better than horizontal because of more usable light and the circle of this canopy if it were laid out horizontally would be bigger than a hor. scrog in the same place. You could easily pull 2 lbs from a 2k vert scrog

How much under near idea conditions could one expect from a 20" flat by 14" flat and going up walls about 12" could one expect. I have plenty of light in space. Is there a yield per square foot or in my case per square inch a girl might expect? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Inches? I'm in no way qualified to give advice about a micro grow. Man's gotta know his limitations...

Yea micro grows are hard for me to speak on. Try it and see

I can't see getting 2lbs. from such a small space no matter how good a grower you are.

I started doing vertical grow 2 years ago myself. now I never have to take viagra again.
