Think my Buds will fatten up soon?

They look great so far, but they seem so skinny, like they’re not bulking up much. I know they have 2/3 weeks longer, will they bulk up in that period? If anyone has any tips or anything they like to do to help them bulk up let me know! I’m all ears. Thank you! (Also how much longer do ya think on the Autoflower to the right, the one that looks like it’s almost done flowering? Am I accurate in thinking 2/3 weeks for all the flowering plants?)

Beatrix they'll probably just get more dense over the last 2 - 3 weeks, I wouldn't expect an explosion of size.

Did you defoliate them recently?

Yes, I trimmed up the leaves a little to get some more light to the lower buds. I’m happy with the way they look they’re just very...small I guess is the word. Like little fluffs hahaha.

Honestly those pictures are so far away from the buds it’s hard to tell you anything about the plants. But typically near end of life the buds swell up internally and get denser like Hobbes said. That adds significant weight but they won’t usually look like they are physically getting much bigger.

Gotcha, I’ll be happy no matter what, I was just hoping for dense fat nugs, but I’m a beginner and that will probably take time and experience.
 
Photosynthesis occurs in the leaves not the flowers. I'm not going to get into an explanation of how photosynthesis uses light, H2o2, and Co2 to produce food for the plant as there is plenty of information online but more food for the plant equals bigger flowers.

Okay I will read more into that, it was a mistake trimming the leaves but at least I will know for next time

Beatrix it's not that you trimmed the leaves but when you trimmed them.

I defoliate on days 1 and 21 of flower, the plant has lots of time to recover then flower.

When you trim heavy the last couple of weeks the leaves aren't going to regrow in time.

No big deal, you'll finish fine.

Ohhh okay I understand. I will remember for next time, learning process! I’m having fun though. Just ready for them to finish up!
