You cannot avoid paying for things you don't want to....just accept it. Every part of taxation goes to something that will not be liked by everyone. If it is indeed that dramatic it is an option to leave. You are referring to disability as forced humanitarianism? Well, you are in the minority now so deal with it.....I never thought I could cherry pick what part of the system I find worthwhile enough to pay for. The logic of democracy is not working perfectly.....big fucking surprise. Humane in my view is to see people as humans not as obligatory tax burdens, it means to empathize for the struggles of your fellow human and what motivates it should be kindness. But in an unkind world sometimes muscle is used.....I am really surprised that this is not making sense as how it is and not how I think it ought to be. If it were my way a lot more would ruffle your feathers, trust in that.
