Thin stem seedling?

Hi, I'm currently trying to grow 6 plants, one was doing well but the stem became too thin and it ended up falling over and dying today. I have a couple more sprouting, and one is doing alright I believe. I just wanted to double check and post a picture of the seedling I am referring to on here, so you guy can tell me if it looks healthy, or not. The stem is bending some and looks maybe a little thin, but I may just be overthinking. Anyway, take a took at the pictures and let me know what you think.

They are stretching a bit much, however yes they are healthy. Before I can be of much help I need to know a couple things.
1. What kind of lighting are you using?
2. What are the temps lights on/lights off?
3. Do you have any fans blowing softly on the seedlings, just enough so that they are moving a little bit. This can strengthen weak stems, and is a good thing to do regardless of if your plants are experiencing issues with stem strength because it forces the stem to thicken and strengthen before continuing vertical growth.
I am relatively novice in terms of growing so maybe some other veteran growers may have different opinions.

I've tried using a small breeze on the plants to where they just slightly move, and I found that this actually weakened the stems and knocked one seedling over completely, which led to the seedling dying. I'm using a fluorescent 42 watt tubes, and a CFL light that's 18 watts. The fluorescent tubes are about a foot away from the plants and the CFL is about 10 inches away. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Lower your light and you don't need wind on them right now.

Add dirt around them. Make a little mound around it if need be.

I've had some do that and lay over. I leave them and they eventually stand back up.
