What could this be?

Rooms 78° 1000 watt hps 60% humidity 1300 ppm c02 about 2.3 ec on nutrients every water this is the only plant with this reaction

What is a good ec? Most of my plants are thriving.

I feed around 1.5-1.8EC with Jacks 321.

I am using jacks 321 at the 321 ratio. I added bloom massive formulation at half dose.

What medium are these in? Your EC, if correct, is way too high. And is there a fan blowing on the plant?

Fox farm ocean forest 5 gallon pot. Yes there is a fan oscillating directly on them. I turned the speed of it down when I seen this. I'm going to remove the massive bloom formulation from my nutrients lowering the ec.

Suggest an EC no higher than 1.2 to 1.3.

Even in this environment? 1000 watt lights and high c02 I thought it would need higher ec. This is also the only plant with these effects 18 days in.
