DIY Grow Cabinet - CFL in modified 32 gallon tote .
2 x 150w 5000k ECOSMART bulbs
( or 2 x 100w Feint Electric 6400k ) on Y Splitter
Plus ( 2 x Side light Flouros )
This setup by far is my main STARTER piece. The reflector is an aluminum Wok lid !
After I pop a seed. Into the chamber it goes. I can run 24/0 for AUTOS or regular photo seed growth. Once I get optimal veg growth ( in 3 gallon ) I move plants into tent under LED for 12/12 or 18/6 for further vegging. Nothing has grown more for me than this homemade chamber.

I prefer to call it cheap done right lol. I have a bad ass DIY CFL light. I wish I had a pic of it right now to show you but my phone shit out not to long ago and my girls are sleeping so no flash photography right now. But it is a board with two six light bathroom fixtures attached to it. The whole bottom is covered in reflective tape. Both six light fixtures have Ys on them so that's a total of 24 lights lol. The best part is that I don't need a hood because the whole bottom of it is covered with the tape and the light covers the entire closet. So basically I built a movable reflective light sealing works so well. It is 550 real watts 2400 equiv watts and puts out 38400 lumin in a 2x4 space with no heat problems ........ fucking winning. The whole thing cost me under a hundred to build plus bulbs.

12 light bulb Ys $3 a piece I think you can get these for like a buck if you order them online but at home depot the are three bucks or just under.
One extension cord with ground $5
Roll of foil tape $8
there it is man $83 and you get a new bad ass light. Only $69 if you order the Ys online.

Botanicare's Sweet Raw is $65.00 a gallon!!!!
Make your own for about a buck !!
You will need:
1 bag of Epsom salts
1 box of DARK brown sugar
1 gallon of RO water.
1 gallon opaque bottle....(not clear and brown is best)
Bring 4 cups of the water to a FULL boil.
Add 8 TBL of the Epsom and 1 1/2 tsp of the Dark Brown Sugar.
*option* Reduce Dark brown sugar by 1/2 tsp and add 1tsp of Unsulfured molasses (adds B's and K)
Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly to ensure the dissolve is complete.
Pour the 4 cups of boiling solution into the remaining water already in the opaque bottle and shake to mix completely.
Congratulations! You have just made a Gallon of Botanicare Sweet Raw $ 65.00 average retail for the massive sum of about 1 dollar! Most likely less !!

hmm, I switched from technaflora sugar daddy (75.00/gal) to botanicare sweet raw 53/gal). I might have to try out your recipe. how are you putting in the sulfer that's in the S/D and sweet?
