Quotes:
"Those who smoked the most marijuana had a twofold to threefold increase in the risk of developing a psychotic problem, Zammit said."
They have no proof of that, because those people haven't got the psychotic problem yet, Zammit's just assuming they're more likely to get it.
"Part of the explanation for this effect is that people who use marijuana are at higher risk for mental problems even without the drug, Zammit explained."
The majority of people are born, just slightly mental/ different thinking to the modern day, 'perfect' human standard. Many tokers, like myself, are the 'creative' sort or the 'intelectual' or 'musical' sort (and the other archetypical types of smoker) and we are the sort of people that like weed to effect our brain for happiness, relaxation, fascination or inspiration. The uptight, 'political' and 'economical' (the boring businessmen) type of people are too serious and not random thinking enough to have as much chance of developing a mental illness. They are the ones put in place to keep the great minds of the world tied down, to make sure the money keeps in their pockets and those who can't just enjoy the natural world for what it is. It takes a mad mind to think a great thought, and thinking of trying bud in the first place shows that we were already a bit mad, but what a great thought we had!
"One expert believes the link between marijuana and the risk for psychosis is real"
Wow! One whole 'expert' believes in that made up fairy tale from world hating, power hungry governments long ago.
"This seems to be the best of studies conducted so far, and although this issue could never be proven directly, due to ethical limitations of a prospective exposure study, it provides a solid evidence that smoking cannabis increases risk for the development of psychosis later in life,"
It doesn't provide a solid evidence, because you just said the issue could never be proven.
"said Dr. Adam Bisaga, an associate professor of clinical psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry, Division on Substance Abuse, at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, in New York City."
There's alot of explanation to what exact job he does and where he does it. Not very well known is he, hahaha just found that part funny. I mean come on, they've probably made that guy up!
Haha well anyway, sorry for going on abit, got the day off, so I kicked the morning off with a bowl
Just proved how mad I am actually now i've read back through it hahaha
