You just not down with the accent, I felt the same regarding some american rappers but the more and more you listen you'll understand.

I also enjoy all types of music. I'm not saying rap doesn't have a point to raise. But it ain't music. It would be better classified as thug poetry. Music has transitions and movement, William Schatner thought he was a musical artist also.

A lot of rap actually has decent music behind it.. Just not the crap you hear on the radio and shit. Dig around some.. I used to hate rap until I found some I liked and started digging
