Okay so i start germinating seeds about 3 days ago. One has a little tail on it and its been like that since the second day it isnt changing. Also there is one lightway wanting to pop open. Should i wait or am i doing something wrong i got it in a moist napkin then in a sealed container

Yep, keep them warm, moist and in the dark...The one with the tap root showing can be transplanted. Good luck.

i find soaking them for like 12 hours in plain water really helps them to open and activate. speeds up the process ive found

I keep mine in a sealed container and put it on thw window sill. Usally all of them sprout in 24 hrs. Kepping them in the dark didnt seem to matter.

Its not the seeds its you unfortunatly, maybe try a different method like jiffy cubes or peat cubes. Some growers find certain methods hard, i know i hate the paper towel method and prefer jiffy cubes, just how it goes dude. Paper towel is hard to me probably the same for you but others do well with it. Peace

just put one seed in each pot you want to use, wait two weeks and you should have a little plant in every pot, This has never failed for me period.

...the first time i got my seeds i'd soak them in water until they cracked; then planted them into the medium and all was good.

a year later, after I changed vendors to "attitude seeds" all the seeds i bought never grew in the medium after planting, thus losing nearly 300 dollars worth of seeds. I didn't know what was going on, because trial after trial seeds would die after cracking.

...with the last few seeds I had left I went straight to medium and wahlah!

...long story short, I eliminated the soaking process and plant seed straight to rockwool, soil, or stg... never once did i have another issue...

I wouldnt recomend the paper towel method for beginners. People do it but i feel it is a way of seeing which seeds crack first and planting them whilst throwing the rest giving you the strongest plants theoretically, a way of thinning out the weak ones. When you got only ten seeds its not really worth it/ Peace
