Herro. VPD...light intensity....all red herrings. Doesn't seem like its your first grow, nor your 15th year. You seem capable, aware and proficient to get them to this point.
Its your NEW growth that's showing signs. Your older growth looks normal.....but what about your oldest fan leaves? How do they look??
Lights or temp or RH would have shown those signs earlier. [[Your in a tent...not much you can do to raise the lights for what you got. You would have had issues as young plants if it was too much or too little light. Ditto for T/RH

But then a fan on foliage and more watering and more mold awareness etc....I don't see a blemish of PM so good job?
Does the water quality change with seasons? Just checking.
Cannabis is hungry. The plants reach a stage and age where they get really hungry. More frequent feeds/ amendments and or stronger concentration. And lots of good water with a compost extract regularly.

Had to cherry pick thru your responses to see the possible proble ( s )
1. Fox farm runs pretty nute dense …. Grobig is hella heavy on N .
2. Big Bloom is a supplemental amendment for soil microbes ONLY- it does nothing for bloom or can it “ feed “ a plant alone.
3. Fox farms soil runs about 6.3-6.4 out of bag - when I used to run it I went 6.7 to allow for ph drift . Plus you can run this on tap water.
No special water or other crap. Which brings me to the glaring issues of those plants - purple stems. I am thinking your watering you say
“ EVERY OTHER DAY “ … is one issue ( overwatering ) and locking out possibly magnesium ( common cause for purp stems ) and temps.
Your temps are a little chill ( 72° ) not too bad but I find running grows in the upper 80’s are much better. Seems to me your heavy Every other day watering , temp and uptake , plus mag deficiency are the issues.

Speaking of feeding/watering... this little experiment I got going on with a 3.5 month veg, and just flipped on the 9th, this bitch is drinking a soaked 10 gallon pot every 22-24 hours. Big plants=lots of feed. Not in coco either. Mostly peat/perlite/bark mulch.

Thanks. I have just recently put them in the 4×8 with the 4 2000s. Before this they were in a 4×4 under 2 2000s @25%. It got a little tight so i moved up. The soil came with a few gnats but nematodes seem to be eradicating them. I had a fan blowing on the cloth pots for lower air circulation. Maybe its dryimg the pots before my plants can drink up? I have about 2 years in with autos and photos indoor and out. But i syltill need to learn alot. But i am willing. I love this art form.
