They did same shit to me last month. I was gonna bitch to them but wasnt worth the effort. Why ask if you want breeder packs if youre just gonna ship them however?
Id be skeptical. If you requested breeders pack, they should be in breeder packs. I have received a hundred orders from buncha different places. Always come, untampered with, in original packs.

Nah that's not what they are talking about, they just mean the original breeders "company" packaging. There are only a few companies that actually offer a real breeders pack. I stopped ordering overseas because the repackaged seeds with the label of the original pack cut off with scissors really irked me, I paid like $20 extra and still get unsealed packs. U.S. companies only now, no extra charge to get the product as it was meant to be delivered.
I know what they were talking about but some breeders sell in bulk. They could have just been repackaged bulk seeds but if they say original breeder packs and send repackaged seeds then that's bogus. But it could also be due to stealth shipping and easier to conceal. I don't know.

As far as repackaged seeds from overseas, I've never experienced that and I've bought all my seeds from overseas. Sensible Seeds, Seedsman, Nirvana, etc... All in original breeder packs except for some of the free seeds and even then I've gotten breeder packed freebies as well.
These were all purchased from overseas and all arrived in the original breeder packs.
