If you want to make seeds, just keep it away from the females long enough for it to flower and start shedding pollen.
Shake some of the flowers in a plastic baggie. Pollinate a few buds on one or both of your females with a q-tip.
Then destroy the plant.

I would probably just kill it. Go with the famales, less stress and bull to put up with. Buy good genetics and then breed good seeds. Bag seeds can be good. Can be. Dont take the enjoyment away on a chance, can try to reveg after flowering. If in pot. And shes a keeper.

Question, if you pollenate a single flowers pistils, does it make seeds in all the flowers?

No if you collect pollen from a male outdoors or however you choose to get male pollen you can in a zero wind environment lightly use a tiny paint brush to dab individual buds you want to seed then you just tie a label to that branch and keep it away from the other plants for a couple days if possible so the fan doesnt blow any excess pollen to undesirable bud sites ( even if it does spread a lil in the air if you're careful you should only get the occasional seed in the buds you didn't want to pollinate)

Follow up question, At what point do you want to harvest for seeds? Is there a window when the seeds are ready or just the more mature the better?

I'm working through a seed run in my journal if you want to see how a rookie does it - link in my sig
Use a separate room / area / gardening outfit if possible.
Separate the best looking boy - you only need one - into the separate enclosure. Feed him just like the girls.
Collect his pollen as he begins flowering - I jacked this up and had moisture issues. Don't rush to put the girl in - the boy will grow a BIG main flower and cause a storm. Get another sock for your carbon filter and expect to clean every few days - more in late flower.
Grow the girls as normal - take the best one (I'm doing two)
As the boy begins to spew in earnest - put the girl in.
I banged the main flower on every inch of the female, then hand applied appx 1/4 tsp to each flower site.
Repeat for 4 days or until pistils recede.
