There's tiny bugs ALL over my cooking soil!!!

Some of our amendments differ due to location (He gets the redwoods, which is the only part of Ca that impressed me and I get the Great Smokey mts, which also impress), but despite the big distance difference, our styles/techniques are so similar, it is mostly a "Yeah, that", to anything he posts.

A very laid back approach to gardening. Let the worms, compost and comfrey do the work, along with a bit of neem cake.

No, to get the peat hydrated for the first time. Dry peat actually repels water, but once wet absorbes quite readily.

Think dry mop vs moist mop.

I only use soap as a surfacent (?), not for bugs.

I cleaned residential/commercial carpets at one time, its their favorite word to use. Surfactant or surfactent not sure.
