I hear it both ways. Actually reading Integra's post he does say they get 4x as big after going 12/12 when they are "barely rooted clones".When immature plants are put into flower they will not flower until they first become mature. In the case of growing 12/12 from seed, the plants will continue to veg until they are mature enough to flower. Clones are usually taken from mature plants and are the same age as the mother plants. As long as they are rooted they should begin to flower straight away.
