I want to prime the tops of my yellow tote lids. Id prime them white than do a white coat over. All spray cans. Any idea if the heat from the lights would do anything funky to the paint or heat damage/issues?
 
Too honest I am. I was picking up the H16 and dude was like $28. I was like you sure thats right. He double checks and is like yup. So im like oh well ooooo kay and take out my wallet. So his partner looks and was like no its not right. $51 dollars please. Im like what? No discount for being an honest person? He puts in just enough discount to negate the taxes...Cheap ass fucking iranians.
 
So yeah $51 out the door. For just the liters. I guess you don't need calmag with this and you actually get issues using it. Will see for myself.

But why?

Black/white poly call it a day. Or just leave it yellow. Or like DB says "1/10th HP chiller"

Im paranoid and would worry about any offgassing with paints. But then again I see the state of most peoples grow rooms and I shudder.
 
But Ill stick with the black and white poly. Yeah man I would have gave him the original price he said and just walked out the door. Fuck him. You struck a deal... end of story.
 
Yeah whatever. $25 woulda been nice to keep. I wont be back at that sketch place. Of the pusher type. Been here only a couple other times.Think im going to go back to the usual spot. This new place has very little DWC gear anyways. Wanted almost $4 for a lid pot. Other spots like $2 cheaper.

H16 liters at $28 woulda been a steal, but $51 wasn't bad either.
 
What? My store charges 8$ per large cylinder air stone, 6$ per 3gal smart-pot (soil), and 8$ for the large 10" DWC netpot lids.
 
Although I did go into the store the other day to buy the Vortex S-600. He tells me its $220. I said I'll give you $180 or I don't want it.... so he took my 180. I dont have many options for HVAC supplies and I dont like paying shipping and handling so it was definately worth it to me. I definately need some kind of odor control now though. Anyone have any suggestions? I was considering the Ona gel but Ive heard that stuff is a joke. I also don't want an ozone generator. Avoiding getting another centrifugal fan and carbon filter.
 
I dont use anything. I just have fans to move around the room air and I leave the door open. Doesn't smell like weed outside so thats a plus. When I open my basement door it does though. Its working for me for now.

I'll be getting a VRF heat pump system put in the house this spring/summer and im going to go sealed with co2.

Subpanel is going in either this weekend or next with (3) 20A

What a rip. The store I usually go to has airstones for $1.80 after the 10 percent off. They are the cheap 6" blue stones, but they work for a grow and then I throw em away.

6" netpot lids are $2-3 I forget now. I havent bought lids in a while. Maybe $4 wasn't that bad.
 
Yeah I went to highschool with the kid that runs the hydro-shop. Pretty easy to bargain with him lol
 
Is it possible to over-veg your plant to the point where lower growth dies/goes stale??? How does this process naturally work. I can't tell if something is off or if the plant gives up on branches it started but didnt get the light enough to develop. Ideas? Thoughts?
 
I've gotten like really lime green leaves in areas that were shaded.

I have gotten the random dried up leaf here and there. Never a whole branch except that one time I was trying to supercrop and got a bit carried away came back next day to an entirely dead branch. But this was my own stupidity. I dont supercrop anymore lol.

Added 400 ml A/B to roughly 70-80 gallons of water with cal-mag and dutchmaster zone. I gotta get these things flawless, sorry no hydroguard atm. Ill run it with a sweetner mid-bloom tho (obviously in place of h202).
 
Its clear that these cheap and diluted DM nutrients arent for RDWC grows. So diluted I can only get 2-3 res changes with a pair of flower a/b... So $30 for 3 res changes? Hrmm........ ? Thats not right, going to try dynagro or some Botinacare
