Considering this movie has been around since 2007, it's disappointing the lack of coverage it has received, especially from the mainstream media - Possibly because it makes what the mainstream media has been reporting for so many years look like pure regurgitated stupidity! :)

I believe Australia actually band this movie, and I can still only get it in my home country from online sources, even that took more than a year since it's release to happen!

I've been passing this movie around to as many people as possible, hopefully it changes at least one persons views for the better!

I'm not complaining though, it's a very good, informative film. Haven't seen it in a while so I might give it another go.

I did do a search for it before making this thread. There were a few other threads, all dead though.
That's why I decided to make a new thread (with a pretty picture even!!!) in the hope it may get some more attention. However most the attention it gets seems to be by the good people who have already seen it!!! :S I'm hoping it'll get into stores around my area soon, you'd think after 2 years they'd start stocking it somewhere! I guess someone in a power position doesn't want it floating about...

I am starting to get the feeling that we are closer then ever to it being decriminalized. And that is the start. Our neighbors to the North and south have changed their views. Even with the set backs of the recent raids in California those days may be close.

When you watch that movie, you kinda wonder how the f**k it hasn't been legalized already??? ... I guess keeping the general public ignorant so corporations and private prisons can make more profit is a primary step? lol

I think the last 10 minutes are the best part. I think its interesting to find out how there are a lot of pro-weed people who DONT want it legalized because of how much money it makes them. Anybody here feel this way? I myself would definitely like it legalized. Growers would still be able to make money on it. And the country would just be so much better off in so many ways.

The way things are going with the economy and with how many people, like us and the stoners in the movie toking it up in front of a line of cops in broad daylight, are openly rebelling against this jacked-up law, decriminallization is enevitable. Once oil is tapped-out, everyones going to need something else to cash-in on and make thier lives liveable.

It's weed.

I just stayed up till 230 in the morning to watch this movie and it was great! Watch it if you havent.

It does raise questions... Like who really has control over legalization. Surely the police and government must be concerned that drug lords support prohibition lol.

You really think they're concerned? This movie shows how much money is made by keeping pot illegal. The ones controlling legalization dont give 2 squirts of piss what the drug lords support. So long as they keep getting paid for searching-out and putting those drug lords and small-time growers alike behind bars, theyre happy! Regardless what we or anyone else thinks. Fuck em.
