Any decent doctor will also tell you NOT to go on the internet trying to self diagnose or believe a high % of the content on there. Of course a bad diet will lead to an increase in piles, but ultimately it's genetic - FOOL!

Nice hash, the UK doesn't see much decent Moroccan anymore. Most of the solid my mates get is flat packed pollem from the Nether regions:) Anyone else in the UK getting decent Moroccan (soap bar doesn't counts!)
