Alright. I want to see your trellis. I prefer to see creative diy ideas, but all trellis are welcome. From metal to fabric let's see who is the most resourceful. Obviously your beautiful plants are appreciated but this is focused on the trellis themselves.

I will kick things off. This is a bamboo trellis mainly. It is supported and tied into my tunnel trellis which is for my garden vegetables.

I use a combination of chicken wire and bamboo. Not sure it’s a “trellis” but I use it to support the plant and train the branches down, then reverse the process and hold the buds up. I went to this because of the wind in my area. To say it’s “high winds” doesn’t really cut it and I tried wind screens but it was too much drama so I built a fence and went to this. My wind comes off the Benecia straight in NCA and shifts back and forth at 25-30mph sustained with gusts that break established branches. I do the 1st one at the pot diameter (for me 3’) then another one out farther if needed. Then after I chop I use them to dry/cure.

2nd cage if needed.

I start the 1st cage at the edge of the pots and train the branches to spread out.
