I in my 30 years or so of growing have never seen any good come from "merging grows with friends"....infact ive seen very little good come from evan telling friends.....not haten just stating a fact based on many years in the grow.....

It's cali so you don't have to be AS paranoid. Still have to worry about thieves...but as long as you are within your legal limits...dont worry about LEO. I had a run in with riverside PD and I must say I was suprised at how easy that went.

Well noted ;) But I'll just go my own way if it doesn't work out. We've known about each others grows for a long time I even helped him trim up his first harvest at his new place a couple years back. My grow is actually shut down at the moment and may be til I get out west.
 
Ok, sure, it's not always true. I shouldn't have used the word "never". But I think that in general it's best to go it alone. Often you end up with two people arguing over who does what work, and over dividing money.

However, I can totally see working with other growers in your area to make sure no one undercuts anyone else too much, or to collaborate on who will grow what so we're not all growing the same thing. And it it nice to have other people to take care of things if you have to go out of town or something like that.

I am the opposite, Not the best sales person in the world, but I can grow like a muthafucka. We should trade tips when you get back.
